Desert's dry
always was
but rain don't come here anymore

The gold is constant
no river in onset
and heat comes thru the door

Where the animals are wrinkly
lack of rain
the elephants are thinking
where to find it again

The old is still young here
in yellow atmosphere
of the constant sun
oh things here are walking
to stop from dying
they do this for fun

This here remember
lack of rain
the clouds don't come very often
on the single train

You've got to carry water
lack of rain
if you want to survive here
thrive in the sunshine drain

Elephants remember here

got to keep going
owing to

the far off pools
the jewels
